The Process at Rockdale Drafting

The Team here at Rockdale Drafting, LLC, will work with you every step of the way to bring your dream to life!

We Have the Design and Construction experience, no matter if your project is a New Home, Remodeling, or an Addition to expand your home. We have completed many projects from a simple porch to custom homes. No job is too small or large for us! We are happy to Design & Draft your project and allow you to see it come to life before the builder gets there.

We also welcome your builder or contractor to work in conjunction with us in designing your project.

The Process to Getting a Project Started:

Complete the Pre-Design Questionnaire and gather information and pictures of your dreams.
Schedule a meeting with us. We will review and discuss your project in detail.
We will then complete a draft project and present it to you.
Review your project and make any changes or adjustments. We can schedule a meeting to review at this time or you can email or call us to provide your feedback.
We will then make the adjustments/changes as necessary and review it with you.
We will provide you with Scaled PDF files and printed copies of your project.
You are now ready to work with a Builder and get your project constructed.
